Volex 230V Shaver Plug Socket

These Volex shaver sockets are durable, cost-effective and have a sophisticated sleek finish, making them perfect to fit on your wall. The shaver plugs are available in a variety of colour and styles, making sure the right socket is there for you.

This design incorporates a double wound isolating transformer rated 20VA at 230 or 115 volts it meets BS EN 61558 making it safe for use in bathrooms. When a shaver plug is inserted into the socket it automatically switches on by energising the primary side of the isolating transformer, when it is removed, it automatically switches off.
