Delivery Requirements
Please inspect goods on arrival and sign for them only if you are satisfied with the condition of the goods. If the courier does not wait for your inspection, sign for the goods as "damaged". In the event that any goods are received damaged or are short, please sign for as damaged or short. Do not refuse the delivery.
We must be notified of damaged, short or faulty goods within 48 hours of goods being signed for and these items must be notified to the courier as damaged or short.
If we are notified within 48 hours of delivery, we will arrange collection of these items and replace them within 7 days. If we can not replace these items, a full refund will be issued within 7 days. Should the customer fail to receive the goods after 2 delivery attempts and no contact is made to rearrange delivery, a further charge is made and the goods are shipped back to us. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund you the amount paid for these items less the return postage fees.
Collection from Warehouse
You are welcome to call in for your order and save on postage costs for orders over £100. We are open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm. It is advisable to contact us the day before to arrange pick up time.
