3 Tier Hanging Flower Pots on Ropes

They are made up of 3 Wooden Boards held up by ropes. Each of the boards has a hole in them where they carry a small white ceramic flower pot. The ropes connect at the top where the whole thing can be hung from a hook in the ceiling.
