A Cajon is a drum you sit on top of while playing different sides with your hands to produce various sounds. The Cajon by BAFF has been designed to open the market to a high quality instrument which won’t break the bank.

Delivering a unique Cajon sound perfect for unplugged gigs, busking or when drums are unavailable the Cajon delivers a fresh raw rhythmic backing for any drummers or novice percussionists.

This is a funky modern chair that cmes flat packed and requires assembly (chair only) and when you slip in the included cajon drum box it doubles up as a drum!

The sound principle: Through our specially-developed principle of vibrating plates you can create in a simple way a unique sound which sounds like a drum. Behind the front side of the face is a snare wires. The strings of the snare-wire vibrate against the housing wall. In the hollow space a bass and snare sound is created that penetrates through the invisible sound hole - that is located on the underside of the seat - to the outside.

Quality: Made in Germany BAFF Music Furniture, stands for innovation, quality and eco friendliness. All BAFF products match the toy guideline EN 71-3.Since our ecosystem is essential to us we solely use materials from forestries which cultivate sustainability and are specifically certified for this (E1). Eco-friendly, bio-degradable materials and water-varnishes with organic solvents create high class quality items and benefit the environment.
